Terrible I ordered 2 milkshakes after searching and researching the best place. I told them it very important to get the best possible one. They proceeded to try and serve me what looked line chocolate milk. After re mixing with more ice cream it was still very very thin. I asked if they knew what a shake was and was supposed to look like. They started at me like I was crazy. I left the milk there and ended up at in and out burger. Bummer For sure. Just in case you are going anyway be aware the direction on the web are wrong it is in the shopping center not across the street.

Cold stone is addicting. This place is pretty consistent with other cold stones I've been to, and I might come to this particular one once a month or so. The service is ok, but has room for improvement. With better management on the team I see here, their process could be expedited to help speed up service. Looks to me like the employees just need a morale boost to move a little more efficiently, but they're always friendly to me which is nice. To reiterate, I love the ice cream here and have a hard time not going multiple times a month to satisfy my craving for it, so I'll definitely be back here.

Ice creams were creamy with delightful flavors. The tangy orange was pretty good. Quality was consistent. Been a long time patron and it has not disappointed me yet.

No Butter Pecan😐 That's okay. I huess that's a Southern thing. The Chocolate Peanut Butter was really good though😊.

I went to this place for my free birthday ice cream. I give the lady my printed coupon over the counter. She didn’t say any and took our order. After she finished our order she told us that the computer was not working and charge us for $12+ full price for our order. I was so mad and I told her she should have told us before we ordered. I will not go to this store anymore. Very bad customer service.
